How to make 0 stars? Horrible service department, brand new jeep 2024 (problems with the jeep is a whole other situation…) but this occurrence: bring the jeep into the shop for minor concerns- recall, maintenance ect, every time I have ever expressed a concern such as the latest one of my sunroof leaking. I am treated as though my concerns are laughable and ‘minor’. They assess my jeep and express with laughter at how much effort was put into pressure washing the sun roof and found no leak. they told me that work needed to be done that would be through warranty. Book apt, get in car and screen no longer turned on the electric seat memory, is not no BT connection. Apt comes and I bring up issues again and they insist it is fine I state that I have children in the car and this is not safe driving with the roof not sealed what if it shatters or falls off, (drastic but also a possibility) again eyes rolled at me and told that they looked into it and I will need to wait another couple weeks to get it re evaluated again. Finally the manager came into the conversation, sighing and glaring at the paper saying they looked into the roof before and do not think they will find anything else but they will try again, i brought up the electrical problem and he said they never touched the wiring so it couldn’t have been something they did. I said it’s probably water damage then! He froze for a sec and said they will look into it when it comes for the next apt! I got my car back after they did the warranty work, shocks and things, and my steering wheel is so far from straight, so again i call and add it to the list that I have to bring it for. AND THEY FOUND THE LEAK! Sum it up, I always have to bring my car back 2-4 times because the work is done wrong or other issues are caused by their part! I am looked down on about my concerns as if they are not valid, they seem annoyed when I have to come back for work! ( do it correct the first time then!) and I was right about it! This is an ongoing issue since the first time I brought the car in for service! I was also told car would be done after lunch and I was not contacted till nearly 4pm. Then I had to wait around an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Spent the day waiting as I was told it was done early didn’t get it till almost 5pm. Many other issues to say but my car has an appointment again and probably another follow up and I don’t need any spiteful work done on my car that my children use as well! Horrible service. Treated horrible. Don’t recommend!! If I didn’t worry about losing my warranty I would never go back! Also I want to add I have been kind and respectful but I did put my foot down stating I am not satisfied and that this needs to be corrected, but I was not disrespectful, just very upset. Kaylee has always tried her best to be helpful and kind!

Terrible customer service and rude staff. The staff at this dealership clearly don’t value their customers. From the moment I walked in, I was met with dismissive attitudes and condescending remarks. No one seemed interested in helping, and when I asked questions, they acted like I was wasting their time. I felt completely disrespected and unwelcome. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine how they handle after-sales service. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being talked down to. Worst service ever.

Great customer service *both* times I’ve had to purchase a vehicle. Most recently I needed tires, and the service dept stayed late to make sure we had new tires installed the same day. They even did an oil change as well. Love Riverside Dodge!!
