Degrading teaching

I’ve been to another college and I have never experienced this type of behaviour instructor (shruti Shah) . She bullies the students as a teaching mechanism?! She would embarrass some of us and make us feel uncomfortable when we did not quite understand something. Many students have experienced this as well, to the point where they are scared to ask questions because of how rude and degrading shruti shah was. I’ve never experienced this type of teaching before. Most of us are teaching ourselves….do better by making a comfortable learning environment for the students.

The instructor was the worst!!! Shruti shah wasn’t the best help to me , I would ask for feedback and reach out for help so I was ready for an exam but she would shut that down immediately. Worst experience. Instead of helping she says she can’t…. You can’t or you won’t?

My experience at trios college was great, Mrs. Meena Singh was a wonderful instructor with wealth of knowledge, she knows what she is doing, she was there every step of the way, ready to help me attain that goal of becoming a personal support worker. I am so grateful Mrs. Meena. Thank you

The Personal support worker program was a very good experience for me. My teacher was mrs meena Singh. She’s very detailed. Passionate and dedicated in her job and her students success. She made my time at trios a great one I really appreciate her great teaching skills and sternness as it pushed me to do my best and get through every module and exams successfully. I went into my placement confident and ready for the working world as a psw and I left even more confident and willing. I couldn’t ask for a better teacher! Mrs meena really knows her stuff I’m very happy with my overall experience. Thank you ☺️
