I received a notice that service was required on my vehicle, when in fact it was not required, because I had requested synthetic oil. The vehicle notification comes up every day. I do not know when the next service is required.

When they say they’re going to call you back on your car then I feel I should get that respect and get a call back when they say your car needs one thing and then your transmission goes when they said it wasn’t the transmission it was just terrible Experience and hopefully I never have to go through that again

they gave me a very hard time trying to get the Cruze fixed and a very very long time in getting me the deal on the Focus on top of that the Focus came with a dead battery it cost me $20 for a boost and cost my wife $20 for a cab and cost me $213.00 for the battery the only gave me the money for the battery and not the rest I am VERY unhappy with that

The rating I give is because of (Mr. Joe) always convince me that I am wrong and he is always right in what he says. Trying to defend Roadsport and my vehicle has issue which he blames me all the time.

I bought a brand new Car, after 5 months is broken, they are trying to fix it. i went to the dealer 4 times trying to fix my Car, upto now still broken your mechanics doesnt know what the problem is, Im really disappointed, your customer service is very poor. I felt im begging to fix my Car. They changed some of the parts of my car still the same, the last time i went there, they told me they order parts its already been 2 weeks not receive any phone call.
