Visiting from the U.S., I found the cost of an oil, lube, and filter service very expensive ($163!). However, the video review of the vehicle inspection was novel and interesting.

Tried to buy a Pilot with Andy today. He was very pushy, unprofessional, and rude. Told him I got a significantly different price from harvest honda in steinbach the week prior but was in this area looking at other vehicles today and decided to stop in. He told me that the price I was given was "impossible" he said he worked there for 8 years and knows everything and that he's "not a liar"? After that outburst I felt so uncomfortable and weirded out I said we would just go deal somewhere else. This is when he slapped his hands together infront of us and said the price is the price you take it or leave it. So we left and got the same brand new pilot 10k cheaper in steinbach. Thanks a lot Andy. Lol

I had a great experience working with Farhan during the process of getting my car. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain every detail. He went above and beyond by breaking down the differences between gas and hybrid options, including fuel consumption and long-term cost savings, which really helped me make an informed decision.
