I was extremely unhappy with the way I was treated at the Owen Sound Toyota dealership so decided to look into other dealerships in the area. Collingwood Toyota was a completely different experience!! Nancy Carlucci was amazing to deal with!! She was very professional, answered all my questions in a pleasant yet knowledgeable way and was overall the complete opposite of the stereotypical abrasive, pushy car salesperson that make people dread buying a car. The dealership itself has a very laid back, welcoming feel. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly. That is why I will recommend Collingwood Toyota to my friends and specifically suggest asking for Nancy. I will be back when I need another car!
