Had a small problem with my SUV and dropped by the dealership without an appointment. They took it in an fixed it right away. Still under warranty, so no cost either. Great people and great service. Brenda and Greg and the service team are the best.

Horrible service department

Service is horrible. After being told my car failed inspection because my emergency break was stuck and wore out my rotor, and I was given a quote of things that needed to be changed along WITH the rotor, I was told by Greg, the service manager, after it got serviced that it was the other parts that needed to be changed and there was a “miss-communication” AND a typo on the quote, that my rotors did not need to be replaced and it would be an additional $400 for the rotors. The photo of my quote below seemed to me like rotors were included in the price. Very miss leading, and I no longer trust them to work on my vehicle.
