SMP provides excellent customer service!

My vehicle was involved in an accident and had to be replaced. SMP provided me with a terrific customer experience! The team I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful to ensure I was getting what I wanted at a price I could afford. If you truly want a customer oriented buying experience, a fantastic deal and customer service beyond your wildest dreams speak to the people at SMP - they know how to do it right!

Chevy or SMP does not back their product

after buying a new Silverado in the fall I discover the washer fluid tank is leaking and with all the warranty of course it isn't covered for a crack and I am blamed.

I am sorry about the recent bit of bad luck you have had with your vehicle. The washer tank was cracked because its contents froze and expanded. Because that kind of damage cannot be considered a factory defect, warranty coverage does not apply. Nonetheless, as a goodwill gesture, the diagnosis was paid for by SMP. In addition, SMP has offered to pay for half of a new washer fluid reservoir, including also the labour to install it. I am sorry about your washer fluid reservoir, but we have extended goodwill gestures as far as we can considering the nature of the damage to the part and the repair necessary. If you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to give our service department a call.

I went to get my journey fixed, on my way out I stopped to say hi to one of the employee I know and next thing I know I bought a town and country. Kelly Johnson and Kelly Hewitt are the most caring and friendly people who does everything possible to make the customer happy and smiling.
