Just like every other slimey dealership out there. I give one star to the coffee machine in their waiting room because youll be waiting a long time. Minus 4 stars for selling me a used truck that breaks after 4 months. Thanks Brantford Honda

I just had a great experience with Brantford Honda. I dealt with Mike Oakley and Erica Kiss....what a professional group! From start to finish, they looked after every detail. Erica was very professional/pleasant to deal with and explained everything as we went along. There was a small issue that needed looking after and Mike Oakley came right to my house within 10 minutes of my phone call to take care of the issue. I am a retired professional and have never had such awesome customer service. I really can't say enough about these 2 Brantford Honda employees. I would recommend to anyone to buy a vehicle from Brantford Honda. I believe this is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased from BH. Cheers, Chris

Sold me a truck with a warranty, brought it in for service gave me every excuse why they couldn’t work on it, they had my truck for a day, did nothing and sent me on my way to Dodge instead. Sold me a truck that radio doesn’t work wipers were burnt toast and back windows leak. They must of skipped a proper safety before selling me my vehicle either as many of my issues should have been caught had they did a proper thorough safety. Also when I picked up my truck it was missing floor mats asked if they had them there somewhere after cleaning the truck by chance and was told they don’t… so where did my mats go? Who knows. Months down the road I am finding out they took my plates off my trade in and they are being used by someone else who has not re registered them properly, I received tickets because of this luckily the perpetrator paid them. Once’s they get your money it seems they could care less about your Vehicle problems. Edit: They have contacted me and are working towards creating a more positive experience, that is commendable. I am hoping they can resolve my trucks issues.
