Sales team is extremely good, but after sales service is poor (really poor). Many times they behave as if they don't know you. Response from management is hardly expected. Many times I repaint purchasing my new car from them- especially when I see the comfort in dealing my friends with other service providers. I would strongly NOT recommend Experience Hyundai.

Worst service ever. Had an appt pre booked for 9:30 am for an oil change warranty check. Had to have an alignment to qualify for warranty agreement fulfillment. Drove from Summerside. Get my work done at Charlottetown dept as this is where I bought my vehicle. 3 hours later I come back. Ask about my SUV. Guy in service can't find my paperwork. Car not in bay. Tells me 3 times they have a new system today. Takes me inside and says he will be right back. Half hour later I go back to the bay... I say "my car?" ... he says oh yeah. I'll find it. After I'd watched him stand there for 20 min talking to a co worker holding a coffee. He tried to tell me he didnt get back to me because he was dealing with 2 other customers. Said my car wasn't started yet that he hadn't agreed on a time that it would be done. I said...I pre booked an appointment for 9:30 am and drove an hour to get there... not to mention waited 3 plus hours. I took my car and left. What the heck? Appointments mean nothing I guess. And poor customer service. Didnt even tell me his name.

He was extremely helpful, and upfront about anything i had questions about.

From the start he was very friendly and helpful. Did everything he could to cater to what I wanted, while explaining any questioned I had and being up front with anything he felt may or may not have been something i myself was interested in. I have nothing to complain about the whole experience.
