<1 post purchase customer service, first of all, they will transfer your call from one department to another, service desk to Sales and from sales representative to sales manager and then to Product Advisor. As my Product Advisor “Lennon” is no longer working with them and started working somewhere else, after wasting my couple of hours, I was told that Andy Chen will call me back which he did, but before listening to me and replying to my question, he is telling me, “ I am not here to provide free oil changes, I am running a business here”. Remember, no business runs without customer, If you are here to run business, customer here to get the services for which they already paid you while doing business at your place. If you were not able to retain your Product Advisor, “Lennon” that’s your problem. If you had communication issue with him, that’s your issue as well. If your product advisor is making false promises while selling product, he is representing your team and you as a manager should be liable for those. Mr. Gavin Tell me first why I should email you. First customer experience inconvenience and then email you to get resolve that’s not “post purchase customer service”. It’s more like “post purchase business service”. You have my whole vehicle buyer file. Find my information and contact me either via phone or email.
