Crystal is efficient, thorough and very personable. I love dealing with her. She proactively looked up to see if I had another recall, which I did, but didn't have the letter from GM yet so she made sure that was checked as well.

Don't even know where to start. In your "care" someone hit something with my car now there is paint missing. Oh and you lost my expensive command start fob. Worst experience of my life. Will never deal with recommend or buy from Smp ever again.

We understand how frustrating intermittent electrical problems can be. General Motors or SMP cannot be responsible for these problems since we did not do the work or sell you the parts. Nonetheless, goodwill assistance has been extended to you well beyond what would be considered normal. In addition, the possibility of paint loss or a missing FOB was seriously investigated, as SMP stands solidly behind its commitment to customer care, and this was determined to not be the case. We sincerely hope that you have been able to get your vehicle’s electrical issues resolved, and that your car problems are now far behind you.

Don't know how she keeps her job. Tries to upsell and treats customers like they have no clue about how vehicles run Up selling is not acceptable. Comes out of the gate antagonistic.

John, our service advisors inform customers about services that are recommended at certain kilometers. They do this to inform the customer of the recommended regular maintenance of the vehicle, and it is always an option. Thank you for your concerns.

Oil change, power steering hose replacement, tire pressure sensors relearned, exhaust clamp fixed, and lastly there was a rattle close to the windshield that was looked at. The fix of the rattle has created a couple scratches on the plastic covering the post close to the top of the windshield that I noticed after I had driven away. I have not yet contacted the service department about this issue.

This is the second vehicle that we brought into SMP and had them mess up on diagnosis and end up costing us thousands of dollars rather then hundreds. Will never recommend or deal with this cimpact ever again

We are sorry to hear that you had some recent bad luck with your 2011 Pick-up. It looks like you were in to our service department in the middle of January for a new battery, which certainly is part of regular vehicle maintenance and repair. Then two days later, your vehicle required a new starter and fuse block. Also, a complete AVR was done. The new battery was tested, and it was good. The service department also tested for a possible parasitic draw, and this was shown to be satisfactory as well. As a courtesy, labour and parts discounts were extended to you. Unfortunately, since vehicle charging and electrical systems are complex, it may take more than one visit to pinpoint a problem. We are sorry that you had that inconvenience. If there is more that our service department can do for you, please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Thank you to Dan and his team. Our vehicle is everything we wanted and needed. The staff was helpful and answered all question we had with no hesitation. the truck is clean and neat and everything is in working order. I will recommend Dan and his team to anyone I know looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
