Kelly prior was awesome as usual helped me get the truck I've dreamed of and also would like to thanks Jeff Bowyer for working the magic numbers. I think the only downside was waiting to hear from the bank but in the end it was well worth it thanks SMP you guys have another loyal and awesome customer!

From entering the Agency, meeting with Levon, and then Kelly we felt we are home. In good caring hands, who want to go as far as they could to make the deal! Good experience based on visiting few other Agencies in town! Keep it up!

we bought a new vehicle , Dan our salesman and his team really treated us like family. Everything was ready when they said it would be. And the assistants came out to the vehicle to show us how all the gadgets worked.

Alden and Ben took care of me right from the start. When I had any kind of concern, they did their absolute best to address it. I had great service, felt welcomed, always treats his customers well, he was quick bringing vehicle up to test drive, while getting info on trade-in. The rest of the staff took good care, to accommodate, and made sure you had everything and leaving the lot with a clean vehicle.
