Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep

I have been dealing with Riverside Dodge since somewheres around March 2003-2004. I have least I believe 2 new Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cabs. Plus I have had 3 Dodge Ram Crew Cab on a payment plans. I have been very happy with every sales rep that has help me with each and everyone of my Dodge Rams that I have had in the past. Still to this day I still have a Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab I have a 2020 Rebel. This is my second Rebel I have owned the first was a 2015 Rebel. I really like the truck but there was one down flaw. It had the air suspension and sorry to say that dose not work in -25 or colder weather in northern Saskatchewan. Plus my wife also has a Dodge Caravan and it’s a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. This is what she is still driving today and she is still very happy with it. Plus this is the second one that we have had in the years I believe that the very first one was a 2010 or a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan as well she was happy with that one as well. We just felt like it was just time to move on and get a new. So we did and that is why we have a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan at this time. Overall that is why we chose Riverside Dodge for any and all of our new purchases or maintenance or even just a little Question or to about our vehicles. The staff at Riverside Dodge in Prince Albert Saskatchewan is the right team for me to deal with for anything that I need for mine and my family’s vehicles. I would Happily give them a 👍up plus a 5* for there overall service. M.D Brown.

I trusted these guys to purchase many vehicles and even referred others to use them. However, they sold me a brand new, expensive vehicle and didn’t tell me it needed a part to be road legal in Saskatchewan and I got a ticket. It would have been nice to know before leaving the lot and I lost a lot of respect for the company. Won’t be back.

bought a vehicle here, they hid large and expensive mechanical issues, and the resulting customer service was awful
