Purchased a Ram 2020 from Wellington Motors. The process was seamless, the sales person Marina was incredibly helpful and her product knowledge was second to none. Michelle who finalized the deal was also very professional and super friendly at the same time. Wellington Motors is extremely lucky to have both of these ladies working for them. Five stars for sure!

Purchased a 2015 Fiat 500c lounge in 2015. Since the first year of purchase I’ve had wiring problems from the design of the car. The trunk has wires that get caught and they ripped (not under warranty) Trunk and convertible roof no longer work. The most annoying problem will be the door handles they have ripped off 8 times. (I’ve spent over a grand on door handles alone in 5 years) Men in the shop were extremely rude and blunt. I wouldn’t recommend this car for 30 grand, nor recommend to be serviced at the shop unless you are extremely prepared to ask the right questions and are extremely knowledgeable with cars.

Emmanuel, your service history shows you have returned for service twice since purchase in 2015. The most recient was September 2016 where we replaced a door handle under warranty.

I was very pleased with the treatment I received as a new customer to Wellington Motors. My sales person Olivia Pellar was very knowledgeable about the Ram I was interested in. She knew where to find all the controls for all the features. Olivia even helped me link my phone to the truck. It never felt like a high pressure sale and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly.
