My hubby just bought a truck from SMP and he was very impressed with Danny Barett. He said Danny went above and beyond to get him the truck he wanted. In the end, Tony was able to get a truck way newer than we had hoped. Tony also said he had the impression that Danny actually wanted him to be happy with the vehicle he was getting and didn't just want to "make the sale". As well, when tony brought the truck home I got a nice little surprise of some red roses. Thanks Danny!!

Dan and his team were very easy to deal with and accomodating to all my needs and wants for my new truck.

This was my first new vehicle. Dealing with Dan and his sales team made the process very easy. All accessories that I wanted on my truck were done quickly and profesionally. I would recomend Dan and his sales team to any friends in the market for a new vehicle.

The Sales person found the Truck I was looking for.

The Sales person took the time and information of a specific vehicle I was looking for and when it came in he phoned and I purchased the truck. Everything was out in the open, the truck was clean and ready when he said it would be, got the things fixed that need. I have nothing bad to say. Thanks Gaston Cote

My overall experience was hands down, the best customer service I've EVER experienced. They went over and beyond to help me out with my then, current situation. They met every single of my needs and wants. They were a honest and loyal car dealership to deal with. Their goal was to make me satisfied and they did just that! I am very grateful for the serviced I received and with forever be grateful! THANK YOU SMP!

Everything is great as usual. It's hard to imagine the service can be done less than 6 hours in such a busy dealership. Thank you very much. Not being mean or picky, it would be even better if the following two minor things can be tuned. 1. The car was not spotless but kinda clean when I took it in for service. But it got lots dirts on the sides, especially the front-right passenger door. 2. The tires bags seem became smaller after the tires swap. I guess that's why they were open. They used to be tied up securely. Anyway, I appreciate the service and great work. Thanks again!

Waited 2 hrs and 30 minutes for an oil change that should have taken 1 hr. The part that sucks is this is the second time it's happened!!!! Last oil change I waited 3 hrs. They paid for it so I was happy and came back. But two times? Is a bloody joke. They phoned my cell while I was in the building telling me they ordered the wrong filter (again), and thought I left because they couldn't find me. Only I was in the waiting room the whole time. Must have forgot to look there. I've been going to smp for 8 years. And I will not be returning. What a joke.
