Just dealt with Pothier for the first time. Didn’t have exactly what we wanted on the lot, but took the time to find it for us! Tim B was fantastic, easy to deal with and really cared about our needs. Jamie made the financing a piece of cake, and made sure to inform us of all our options in a non-pushy way. The Pothier crew all make sure to say hi while you are there, and really take service to another level! Would highly recommend them, and will definitely go back!

Shannon and Dakota with the service department we're so helpful and thorough today. Squeaks are annoying but Dakota seemed to make it disappear and recommended certain regular maintenance for the problem. We appreciated there help in scheduling warranty work with another dealer along our travel route since the part takes a few days to receive. They really seemed to care about making things ready for us. If we are ever in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to return here. Thank you both!

The car wasn't properly prepared for sale and we pointed things out two times, stains on the dash, and took pictures . The service lady wouldn't even look at the pictures to see what we were talking about or even go LOOK at the stains on the dash until we talked to the assistant manager. We then waited for 3 hours for something that should have been done before the car was delivered. which was fixed after talking to John's son. The salesman was very good until we signed the papers for the car and after that it appeared he didn't have time for us. Management , John and son were excellent but the salesman ans service lady didn't seem to care about their customers.
