Most fun purchase experience I've ever had!

This purchase experience was the most fun and enjoyable vehicle purchase I've ever had. Patrick Lewellin was my sales person, and Ben Roberts processed the financing. Both were extremely helpful and informative. Very courteous and fantastic at communicating with me and keeping me informed. They are just all around great people. They were not pushy at all and let me take my time as I made my decision. They were very patient and supportive which was exactly what made me feel comfortable. I would deal with them again anytime and will definitely refer friends and family to them.

As a service writer Crystal is efficient at her job also recommending of future services to be combined at a later date to spread out the cost which I liked. I mentioned to Crystal that I had given up on the side steps of my GFX, in the of spring may 2013 they were replaced due to the chrome was peeling off the replacements steps were damaged also, what appeared to be thru shipping, it was reordered when they got the steps they were too long for my truck in the summer of 2013 and haven't heard anything since. Crystal has reassured me that she will do the follow up on the GFX steps, anxiously waiting Len Chevrier

2 issues - First issue: when I got home I noticed a warning light telling me the tire pressure on the right front tire was low. Had to drive back up to Circle to get it looked at. Not how I had planned to spend my day off.. Second issue - when I had a Corolla and got my tires changed and an oil change, it included a car wash. After spending almost $300.00 I expected the same service from SMP. Didn't get it. I realize you guys are busy. I was told when I asked about it the second time I came in that if I asked for a car wash I'd get it. From now on I'm asking. Shouldn't have to, though. So yeah, the service was okay. Efficient and friendly

Once I had my appointments booked for my car, the whole process of bringing in my car, using the shuttle service, picking up my car, and the repairs done was very satisfactory. The only complaint I have is from when I initially tried contacting someone in the service department. The first time I called, I was passed onto a service representative but I got their voicemail. I left all my information, but a week went by and I was not contacted. I called again a week later and got another voicemail, so I hung up and called again until I got to speak directly with a representative. I have experienced this problem with SMP before. Every time I leave a voicemail, I never get a response. This is very frustrating because it usually requires me to phone multiple times before I am able to book an appointment.
