Steve was always there to answer the phone for any questions or appointment. He was prompt in showing us vehicles and very knowledgeable too. We were completely satisfied with the service and how we were treated.

Picked up our Caravan today. We had previously dealt with Chris and were pleased to work with him again at Thompson’s. A genuine fellow who took the time to understand what we were looking for, while also ensuring we were aware of some alternatives for consideration. Highly recommended - thanks again Chris!

The whole experience was great, never once felt pressured. Dean, Tammy, Ryan were all great to deal with. The service group put all the extras on in a day and the truck was waiting for me to pick it up on Sat at 11:00 like i was told. The whole experience was nice and painless on my part.and a great product. Thanks Dave & Maureen Sheldrick

Dean was incredibly helpful and got us an amazing deal. He wasn’t pushy and gave us space to make our decision. He explained everything in great detail and didn’t hesitate to answer any of our questions or show us all the little details on our new vehicle.
