Went to get snow tires installed, to-day and an oil change, and asked the service advisor to get the mechanic to check my anti- freeze to see what low temperature it was good for, the winter and had a laugh as I am a lady of 76 and his reply was oh they can’t check for that, give me a break an old gal like me knows more than the service advisor.🤪

This was the second time at Jackson Toyota. Bill was friendly and had lots of knowledge on the product I was looking to purchase. The atmosphere in the office was friendly. I am now the owner of a new RAVA4. Complements to Bill, your personality, honesty says a lot. You represent Jackson Toyota to the fullest . You were awesome! The company should be proud of having you as a sales associate . Cindy was also really helpful and friendly she explained the product and customized it to fit your needs. Thank you, Bill and Cindy
