My friends have been dealing with issues with their car since they got it. They were promised a refund months ago for an insurance package that they cancelled and still haven't gotten it. The car is now wrecked and they owe them money for that PLUS the refund they haven't yet received. With the accident you would think they would care about their customers more and help them get everything they need but have just done nothing but give empty promises of refunds and their money back.

SMP sold me a non drivable car, it started shaking when I took it home and the engine lights were blinking. When I brought it there to get fixed they said I shouldn’t have driven there, I had owned it less than 2 hours when this happened. And when I cancelled the insurance they sold me, I was not refunded, and now 8 months later I am still dealing with it and asking them to refund me. Not even half of the things I’ve had to deal with them, if you wanna keep your sanity, please go to another dealership

I spent about 3 days with Shaz. He showed me new cars and used cars. The inventory was much better than other dealers I had been to. They had the vehicles I was interested in and Shaz let me take the vehicle home to show my wife. He was very patient with me. All the staff were very friendly and you could tell they enjoyed working there. The price of the MURANO I purchased was very fair compared to other vehicles I looked at. Shaz made the experience enjoyable. I am very pleased with the MURANO I purchased.
