Had my winter tires removed and summer tires put on. I appreciate your shuttle service which makes it very convenient to go home and return when job complete. I found the drivers to be courteous and helpful.

Brought a new car in 2016. Car has broken down/required work 7 times. They have failed to stand by their product. I talked to service manager and was sent to sales, spoke to sales and was told to talk to service manager. Poor company, will never buy anything GM again nor will I allow my family to buy anything GM.

I find that Peter B., customer service rep is one of the best in the industry. The staff (all of them) are always friendly and smiling at everyone. I find that they explain everything that is being done is in simple language that can be understood by all of my family.

Complaints don’t get resolved

Truck stunk like chemicals for 2 weeks after getting it back had to drive with windows down. I told the dealership they said they would take a look at file to try and fix situation.... never got response back
