Brandon was accurate in the details of our service at 9:00am however as I had specifically asked for our service be completed by 2pm and I had to call at 2:15 a few times I did not feel at this point the customer service was its best.

The people at SMP make the experience easy and worry free. I never have to worry about a ride, the shuttle service is awesome and they always have my car ready when I need it. Usually they even wash my car, but not this time for some reason, when I got my car back, it was dirtier than before. It did rain that day and they did take it for a couple test drives, but I was a little disappointed. Regardless, I was still 100% satisfied with my visit. Thanks guys!!

Oil change required and technician found a few leaks. Work done quickly and Crystal was great at keeping me informed and doing checks on warranty and service history. Crystal was excellent.

Excellent service from the moment I drove my Malibu into the Drive Thru until I picked up with the all requested work completed.

I had booked an appointment with Rebecca the previous week to get my Malibu booked for some program updates. I came in at the required time and everything was taken care of from the moment I was in the drive thru. I was also able to add an oil change to the appointment and still got my vehicle when promised. Good job SMP and Rebecca!

I love that when I need to bring my truck for an oil change there is no hassle. I can drop off in the morning and get a ride to and from work.
