Great customer service! Took truck in for my warranted oil change, shop called me and asked me if I wanted to use my tire rotation as well. I told them yes please and thank you for the heads up. I appreciate the fact that they went out of there way to get a hold of me And ask me if I wanted extra service that fell under my warranty plan. Most places wouldn't make this phone call!!! Once again, thanks.

I recently went with my mother to have her vehicle serviced at Riverside and dealt with Jacquelyn. We aren’t from town and she very graciously supplied us with a vehicle so that we were able to continue with the our other errands that we had that day. She was both kind and patient with my mother’s question about the services she received. She was helpful in making suggestions about the future care and maintenance of her vehicle. The vehicle was ready for pick up that same day and I was especially pleased at the extra COVID related protocols that had been followed in order to keep my mom safe. Thanks Jacquelyn and the service team at Riverside for making this experience as painless as possible. Although we hope we won’t need too (haha) we will be using them for all our future services!

I had a WONDERFUL experience today (March 26th, 2021) at Riverside. I woke up today just thinking the same old, taking my jeep for a regular maintenance check up, only to bear some bad news about some very costly repairs needed. These repairs were not only in the hundreds, but thousands of dollars since my comprehensive warranty as run out. After deciding and speaking with Morgan and Darien they made my day a HUGE blessing. Not only did I leave at the end of the day in a new vehicle, the customer service from both of these individuals including the finance agent Angie, was FANTASTIC! Not only did they put me in a new vehicle, they empathized with me on my situation and were completely understandable. I left at the end of the day with a new vehicle and the peace of mind I really neded. Not only did I save thousands of dollars, they also worked hard to make sure my payments are lower then what they were, but with extended warranty on top! WOW! I would recommend Riverside for your next purchase and servicing. If you do decide to come to Riverside, ask for Morgan and Darien, they work together as a team to meet your needs. Thank you!
