The service I received from Jason Meyers was better than I could have hoped for. I had went there to buy a car for the first time and didn't really know what to expect. I really didn't know anything about cars and was worried that some salesman was just going to pull the wool over my eyes. But this was not the case. Jason took the time with me that I need to feel comfortable. It was a rainy day and he didn't care that I had him in and out of the rain all afternoon test driving cars to find the right fit. If I had any questions about the car he answered them well and if he didn't know the answer he would find out and get back to me. He was easy to talk and made the whole process comfortable. He was very professional but didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes or make me feel like an idiot for asking stupid question. I would absolutely go back to him to buy a vehicle in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

Sales and Service The shopping experience at SMP is first rate because of the knowledgeable and friendly rep I deal with, this experience carries over into the service department where any concerns whether it be a re-call or regular service matter is dealt with in a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable way, I would not hesitate to recommend SMP to any family and associates who are looking for a first rate experience in purchasing and/or getting a vehicle serviced.

Purchase of 2013 Equinox. I wanted to upgrade to a newer Equinox so I went to see Ben Roberts. Ben helped me find a 2013 model that suited my needs perfectly. Then Nicole, his assistant was very patient and helpful going through all of the technical information when I picked it up. I was very pleased with the service from both Ben and Nicole and enjoyed the whole experience of purchasing my new Equinox with them.........Thanks Ben & Nicole.
