I was accommodated immediately after phoning and the service was friendly and efficient.

I called to inquire about a problem with my car and was able to have it looked at right away. A starter was required and this was in stock and replaced in a short time. The shuttle service was very helpful.

Actually, I went in to buy a generator. Not a big deal. Come to think of it, there was a screw up. When I got to camp and tried to start my new generator, it wouldn't start because it was low in oil. But on the good side we got a free oil change out of it.

The shuttle forgot to pick me up at work ..... Waited an hour, so lost an hour of wages( could have been working for that hour). It was determined that my name wasn't written down on the board to be picked up.... I was quite upset

Out of all the dealerships I visited while car shopping, Palladino had by far the greatest customer service.

With a bad knee injury and my car breaking down on me I needed a car as soon as possible. Not only did Palladino hook me up with a great car, they made sure I was taken care of. I got to test drive the civic over night and fell in love with it. My salesman was extremely nice and even threw in tinted windows for me. I had to wait a few days to pick up my car so they let me use a demo car so I could get around until my car was ready. I was extremely pleased and felt like Palladino really cared. It's been a few weeks and I absolutely love my car and will be a loyal customer for many years to come. Whenever I hear someone saying they are shopping for a vehicle I have no hesitation to refer them to Palladino. You guys are the best!!!!

Everything went perfectly, very good service, my only tiny gripe is the mirror that was installed came with no manual and I had to figure out how to configure the built in compass on my own, although it was not hard it seems to me this should already be done by the techs, especially at the price I paid.
