It's been three years since I bought my 2020 Bolt from Wheaton and the car is just about to come out of warranty. My treatment by the dealership from the purchase through service and support I've received since then has been first class. I've sometimes been less than pleased with GM -- not long after I bought the car because of a fire hazard the battery was going to be replaced, then it wasn't -- but I chalk it up to being a learning experience. Overall, I'm pleased to have gone electric and glad that Wheaton has been there with for the ride. They've been more than fair. ********** UPDATE: After almost four years of electric driving in my Bolt we've stepped up to Chevy's latest and greatest EV (in my opinion) the Equinox EV, with the help of Wheaton. It's a quantum leap over the already pretty good Bolt in terms of performance, comfort and safety. And while it's early days yet, I think my wife and I are going to be more than pleased with this car in the years to come. Big thanks to my sales guy Patrick Crowthers and the rest of the team at Wheaton for making this trade go as smoothly as it did. And if you're looking for a good EV at a heck of a price check out my old 2020 Bolt LT. No doubt it will turn up soon on the Wheaton used car lot. It's a great little car and super economical to run.

We went in to look at a new truck for my husband, due to Covid we were unable to get the truck he wanted right now when I noticed a truck for myself. I kept walking past the truck, Rob Postma talked to me about the Colorado ZR2 that I was looking at, being diesel I was a bit leery. Rob talked to me about the diesel and gave me reassurance. He then gave me the keys to take it for a test drive, I was hooked. Rob was very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Rob did not push me into a sale, we talked about the vehicle and the things I wanted to add, Rob made it happen. I had a vision of what I wanted in the truck and worked with Rob on the details and decaling the truck, he did not shy away from my vision or talk me out of it or upsell anything. We had fun working together, it was the most relaxing and fun filled experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. We decided that once stock arrives we will be buying another truck through Rob. Rob and all the staff are very friendly and approachable, if something needed to be explained they had no problem explaining in a friendly environment. I have never in the last 30 years of buying vehicle ever experience a dealership like Wheaton and Rob. I would highly recommend this dealership in all aspects.
