The service is outstanding at Sutherland Honda. From booking either online or on the phone (I have done both) it is easy to get things done. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sutherland's goes out of their way to accommodate their customers.

Sutherland Honda is the best car dealership around. I have an 03 Accord with close to 500000km and it still runs like new. They have never suggested any work that wasn't needed, ever. No surprises, ever. You get the same service, all the time. Very professional and wilk work with you if you source your own parts.

I contacted Sutherland Honda in Fredericton after an unsatisfactory experience at my local Honda dealer. I was pleasantly surprised with the attitude of the sales rep I dealt with in his willingness to help me acquire exactly what I needed, along with being agreeable to holding the vehicle for me til I could make the trip. I knew the vehicle hadn't been "certified" yet, nor detailed, so knew I'd be making a return trip to bring it home.. I was surprised when told that the vehicle was detailed & ready to go shortly after I arrived. Excellent service!! Highly recommend!
