Awsome service to get an awesome car!

Jen was awesome and made the purchase of my second car from the dealership a breeze and can easily say better than the first (not to take away from the first purchase which was great too). Can definitely say I'll recommend her to anyone in need of a new car!

There were additional items that I asked the dealership to be added to the car, the 3m treatment on the front hood as well as a bumper guard for the rear Bumper. Also I requested to have roof racks and Bicycle racks to be installed. The Bumper guard was installed expertly and the 3m Hood treatment came back from the external supplier unsatisfactory. I was informed about this issue and the dealership then sent it out to another supplier and it was returned in 100% perfect condition. In addition I asked to have Bicycle racks installed. These were assembled expertly. This made removal and re-installation by myself simple and convenient.

I had an oil change and rear light replacement (and was notified I was due for my 48,000 km inspection, which I will rebook for). I was attended to quickly and was offered a seat in the waiting room or a shuttle ride, and when I let Amber know I would like to walk and be called upon completion, she went over my contact information to be sure it was correct. The service was completed in time time period specified (about an hour). When I arrived for pick up I was again seen quickly and was given directions to where my (now clean!) car was parked. As always, the service was great :)
