A life changing experience

Last time I used this dealership it was a bad experience. Having a friendship with Kas made this buying experience completely different. Happy I finally got my dream car!

My First New Car

Chris was warm and welcoming from the minute I stepped in the doors of Experience Hyundai. This was my first car purchase (which is pretty darn scary, by the way) and Chris was patient and walked me through each and every step. Even though I am a grown adult, I had my Dad with me to help with logistics, but Chris made sure to still talk to me at every step since, in the long run, it was MY big purchase. My car is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase I made and hard work that Chris and the team at Experience Hyundai put into it!

Hyundai Tuscon 2017 Happy Buyers!

We started our buying experience by telling Dale what we wanted and what we didn't want (we thought we knew...but totally changed Haha!) He started by showing us the Santa Fe's as we had requested. We didn't love it as we expected (we had a 2009 Sante Fe...which our daughter still loves) Dale told us that the Tuscon wasn't much smaller, he loves his and so we looked at those. After our test drive, we were sold..but which one?! Current model? Older model?! Although one of the 1st things we said we didn't want was a sunroof...our 2017 "older" model has leather seats and a sunroof- we love it. Dale and Hyundai honour and thank military members and extend a $500 military discount! That is a nice way to say thank you for serving your country! Thank you Hyundai and Dale! Upon receiving the vehicle Dale paired our phones and went over all the gadgets, bells and whistles in the vehicle.He was very thorough! Our buying experience was excellent, thanks to Dale!

Kas was so kind and helpful! He actually cared about what I wanted and didn’t pressure me to spend more money to get the higher/more expensive model. He’s incredibly helpful and focus’‘s on what you want! Thanks Kas! :)

I first met Kas over 7 years ago at Experience Hyundai. He has always gone above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I bought my first car from him over 7 years ago, then my new Elantra one year later, and my newest Elantra last month. He has the best customer service, and we have been friends for years. He always makes you feel welcome and will go above and beyond to get you what you want. I highly recommend Kas for anyone looking to get a car. Habib
