I’ve been a loyal customer of Brantford Honda for years. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles here and always bring them back for regular servicing. That loyalty has brought a lot of business to this dealership, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My vehicle recently developed several serious issues, including a flashing transmission light, flashing parking brake light, and other concerning warnings. I’m genuinely afraid to drive it, yet I rely on this car to get to work. When I called in to explain the situation, I was hoping for some level of understanding or support — instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the service advisor, who invalidated my concerns and made it clear that no exceptions could be made. The earliest appointment offered was two weeks out, which is unacceptable given the nature of the issues. As someone who has invested a lot of trust and money into this dealership over the years, I expected better. Emergencies and urgent issues like this should be treated with more care and flexibility, especially for long-time customers. I’m incredibly disappointed by the lack of empathy and support, and it’s made me seriously reconsider continuing to give my business to Brantford Honda.

Thank you Krista and Brantford Honda for going “above and beyond!” I was looking for a sales receipt from six years ago for a car I bought at Brantford Honda. I wanted to gift the car to my daughter and in BC you need to prove you have paid tax. Unfortunately , the files were buried in their storage room (it had been six years) BUT Krista took the time to try to find my bill of sale! And, she found it! Words cannot say how grateful I am! Thank you Krista and Brantford Honda for going above and beyond:)

Working with the service manager was great - Trevor is super helpful, personable, and patient in explaining any questions I may have. The service experience itself is top notch, thanks to the people in that department. However, I've removed 1 star because on top of the fees for the sevice, there was an additional "shop fee" for some reason, which is a hidden fee since it's only added after the invoice, alongside taxes/etc. Removed 1 more star because I've been asked to write a review 3 separate times via emails/texts AND called to write one in the 1 week since I've had this service done.
