This was my second time in a month visiting the dealership, firstly I went back in November for a safety system issue and they told me they couldn’t look at it and I had to book an appointment, which apparently was a month after. I was supposed to pick up in the evening but I never got a call or anything so I had to call and inquire about it, and they were like “oh yeah you won’t get your car till tomorrow”, you’re supposed to call me and inform me about it I wouldn’t have to call and check myself. Same warning came again after a month and went in again after waiting 2 weeks and later on they called me and said I won’t be able to pick my car up till Friday or so as they have to order a part. I asked for a loaner car till then cause it was like 3-4 days and they were like “we don’t have any and we can’t do anything about it, just have to wait”. I went in to talk to the manager but he wasn’t there. I’m left with one vehicle and have to drive back and forth to mange with a family of 4. This is not a way to deal with a customer and just tell them they have to wait. Not happy at all, also the service agents don’t really know a lot about what’s happening, more like they’re just there

Hello Sukhman. We sincerely apologize for your experience with our dealership. Typically we have excellent communication especially with our ability to send updates and videos via mobile and regret that we dropped the ball. We will be sure to look into why there was a lack of communication in this particular case so we can remedy our methods for the future. Also, we understand the frustration of not being offered a loaner vehicle. This is typically a service we offered in the past but with the auto industries inventory struggles we have not had enough inventory to be able to continue offering this service. It’s worse place to buy car , run through a problem they know how to make you cross the warranty , especially the women judy pretty racist behaviour and attitude

The buying process itself was ok was talked into a extended warranty with the stipulations we didn't use it by 200 thousand kilometers or 6 years we could use it in store credit well low and behold we hit he 200 000 and we call now its we have to make it to 6 years which was our term so we were blatantly lied to shame in you

They don’t care about the customers needs. as long as it’s money in their pocket. Put a new inspection sticker on a car that needed 3000$ worth of work when I took it to my mechanic. Oh and they wouldn’t let me in the garage to even see what was replaced. Then acted like it was normal to need that much work after an inspection sticker was put. In my opinion they’re crooks. What would have happened if I bought that car. The car was already thousands of dollars over priced. Don’t shop here. They don’t care. They just want your money and to ruin your credit scores.
