I takes around 10-14 days to get an appointment for your vehicle. This is very frustrating since the vehicle I purchased here has an extended warranty. This place needs to get their stuff together. I would never buy a vehicle from here again.

Worst service department ever. They completely destroyed my car and now they trying to tell me that it was like that. Can't even lock the door on driver's side. I brought my car for tire replacement, but now it looks like it's been into an accident

Visited Murray Hyundai to use their EV charger and was not able to do so as it is for authorized use only. As a charger that was funded by the Natural Resources Canada Grant, this charger is to be available for public use. Whether or not there is a cost to that public use is entirely up to the dealership however, not being able to charge here with our current fleet will mean that we’ll take our business elsewhere when deciding to upgrade our fleet.

I recently purchased a used EV from this dealership and had a good experience. Teme in sales was easy to work with, providing clear communication and answering all my questions. When there was a delay with the car’s arrival, they provided a courtesy car in the meantime, which made the waiting period much easier. I would definitely start with them again if I were in the market for another car. Overall, a solid choice for their professionalism and customer care.

I wouldn't recommend coming here to service my car if my life depended on it. They charged me $170 to diagnose a problem with my starter which they already knew was an issue before starting the diagnoses and then another $130 in labour to fix the problem. On top of that, they had the audacity to to charge me $170 to "diagnose" a problem with my air vents which turned out to be a simple switch of the settings. All in all, paid over $1,000 for all of that and my car still doesn't start. Absolutely brutal all around.
