I have a 2006 Accord which started peeling last year for no apparent reason. I took it to a body shop and they told me Honda had a defective paint problem over several years (which they referred to as "Honda Paint Cancer") and to check with Honda before doing anything. Upon researching it I found out that Honda acknowledged the defective paint and recalled some models of cars (when a class action suit was brought against them), but not the Accords. I went to Honda City Service in August and it took until late December for them to finally get back to me with their verdict - they refused to repaint my splotchy looking car. That's the last time I'll use Honda City Service due to their refusal to call me back after numerous attempts to get a problem resolved. Being that the decision came from Honda Corporate, who wouldn't stand behind their product when they'd already acknowledged that there was a paint problem with a number of their cars, this will be the last Honda for me.

I have had a very poor experience several times with this dealership. Previously I had my car in for service and they just forgot to do it and had to do it the next day. My most recent experience was way worse, I have currently been without a car for NINE DAYS. I got my car towed to honda after it would not start, contacted them the following day and had an appointment scheduled the day after. My car was not seen this day and the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. They then told me "I don't know when your car will be seen". Its now 9 days later, and despite my frequent phone calls and asking to at least have the car assessed, NOT EVEN fixed, they haven't provided me with a concrete day to be seen; I am just on a list and will be seen "at some point". I work in a field with schedules every day and the way in which this honda dealership has conducted its scheduling and prioritizing of vehicles to be seen is unacceptable and I will not be giving them any future business after this experience.

I love Honda, but after reading these comments I will never be dealing with City Honda. I thought Ford was bad.
