We recently decided our 9 year old RVR was in need of replacing, so we decided to look at a few options and of course, look at what was new at Mitsubishi. Hussein was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about the product line. He answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly, and worked hard with the rest of the Sales team to get us the best deal. We are so happy with our new RVR and the many updates offered compared to our original vehicle. Thanks, Hussein!

Ill keep this short and to the point- Hussein and Eli we're probably the top two employees at this location. Hussein had a calm approach to his sales game- was never pushy, like some of those salesmans elsewhere! Knew knowledge of vehicle and came out giving me an amazin deal! Eli the Finance guy, another player who did the leg work for me! He knows how important he was in helping me get the vehicle i wanted. Thanks to these two guys, and the rest of the Bank Street Team.

Recently went to the dealership thinking about trading. I dealt with Hussein and he was fantastic. He was knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at and went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be. I appreciated the fact that he did a great job without using sales pressure tactics which typically turn me away. I would definitely call Hussein for my future car needs.

Be AWARE even if they give you a quote! They will no longer honour it once you make an appointment to go. Quote was in WRITING by a sales man, and the sales manager was still not honouring the price!!

I purchased a 2020 RVR ES from Tamer Laham and he was very knowledgeable and professional and in his email correspondence to me as this was a long distance type of purchase. He walked me through the whole process and made it easy and I am fully satisfied and I would recommend him and Bank Street Mitsubishi as they are very professional.
