while driving Thunder Bay Ontario to way Winnipeg Manitoba. Service department is not able to fix that for me as they are loaded with appointments. Service department does not have time to answer questions regarding what protections do I have on my vehicle. They asked me to drive my vehicle there and Abandoned me with flat tire in Winnipeg although I bought protections on my vehicle.

We were looking for a used Honda CRV Touring model for 3 months. We had experiences with numerous dealerships without any luck and not so good customer service. Then I called Winnipeg Honda as a 2021 CRV Touring came up for sale. I spoke with Kenneth Balita and the experience dealing with him was exceptional. He answered all our questions and we were able to hold the car with a small deposit which was returnable if we weren't happy with it. When we saw the vehicle it was detailed to perfection and looked like a brand new vehicle. We are very pleased with our purchase at Winnipeg Honda and will be using them for future vehicle purchases. Thanks for making our vehicle purchase so easy.

I regret to report a very unsatisfactory experience with your service. I ordered a windshield replacement for my Honda car a few months ago, and despite numerous follow-up calls, I have not received a definitive response. My windshield remains at risk of coming off at any time. I am disappointed to have to express my concerns in this review.

This was a very good experience. We had a 2009 Civic and have been coming to Winnipeg Honda for servicing since 2017. (Bought it in new Ottawa), so it felt like ‘coming home’! Sales staff (Sukh) was terrific, as was Manoo). It was all open, transparent and up front. Winnipeg Honda has a great vibe throughout the organization. Having had such a good experience with the service department all these years, it was a great relief to be able to buy a hybrid Civic. (We have a very tight parking space, and when I originally called the dealership a year ago, someone told me that the new hybrid civics were going to be larger. Even larger than an Accord. So we ordered a hybrid Corolla - which kept being delayed) So I was surprised to find out that indeed the Civic is the right size, and was going to be available much sooner. Sukh made the arrangements and 2 months later we have a car. And feel very lucky to have one. Thanks so much. We’re excited, it’s a fantastic car, and your organization is absolutely first class. I’m looking forward to continuing my relationship with your dealership. (Sorry to be so long-winded.) You have a great organization, and I’m so happy to be part of the ‘family!’
