Sutherland Honda was my choice for my new CRF1000L tire change. I know my bike is in a trained professional hands at SH. They cost was good, and the service from the front desk to shop work was great. See you next year for my on the road spring tune up.

Brought my Suzuki VStrom in to have braided lines installed. Standard job on any motorcycle brand so I was very happy MacKenzie could accommodate my Suzuki. And quickly, I was able to bring it in the next end of day and it was complete before noon the following day. I went over everything with the mechanic afterward, as there were some issues with the speed bleeder type banjo bolts that weren’t able to fit in with the lines. No worries. Good experience. It’s always expensive anywhere and I usually do my own moto work, but with brakes I was happy to have it done properly by an experienced mechanic. We’ve been taking our Honda vehicles to Sutherland’s since ‘00 and the service is always top notch.

During the recent heavy rains last Thursday on the number 2 on route to PEI, our CRV begin showing many errors on the console indicating system failures including electrical charging system failure. I needed to have this looked at before continuing for fear of a breakdown on the highway. Luckily I was close to Fredericton and made my way to Sutherland Honda. It was afternoon and of course we had no appointment but to my delight they were accommodating to make sure to look at the car. Their expert technicians were able to pin point the problem that was a result of a minor incident I had last year with a fawn that was preventing a shutter from closing and this caused the rain to reach a sensor that was throwing the alarms. After removing the bumper they showed me the damage from the impact and the part that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately this is a part not normally stocked and they would not be able to get it until the following Tuesday. However they diagnosed the car and advised that it was still drivable and the electrical system was charging. We needed to get to PEI so I took this advice and it proved to be exact, we made it to PEI safely that night and it is still working. I have to say I was throughly pleased with my experience at Sutherland Honda, the staff were friendly and most helpful, the waiting room was clean and comfortable and they even accommodated our young puppy, as it was pouring outside. And, they were very fair with the fee they charged as I know it was a lot of work. I don’t live on Fredericton but I would wholeheartedly recommend Sutherland Honda for those that do. Dropped of the car as instructed before close on Thursday. Called the Friday morning to ask why the car was dropped off. Restated the issues … later text message sent to multiple numbers saying work complete. Called garage to ask for phone numbers to be specific to individual drivers. Another text message and call to the garage for clarification then another text message. Should have gone to Trius on Hanwell!!
