Everything went well other than, I was told, not by Andy, but by another agent who helped me at the beginning, because Andy was busy, the car would be ready at 1:30 p.m. At 3:15 I received a phone call saying the car was almost done, but they recommended more work. Two hours later than promised is a little to long.

Hi Fernand, My name is Marc and I am the service manager at Leggat Chevrolet. I tried calling you, but I understand that you may be at work. We have gone through some vendor price increases that were beyond our control. Also, last service an oil filter housing seal did need replacement ($4.00) as well, which also explains some of the difference. Please feel free to call me, as I want to see you completely satisfied.

The service and the way the sale was made was very nice ,no hi pressure sales Betty was very well versed on the Impala answered all the question and show great enthusiasm,as I'm a car guy, once again we are very happy in the way the sale went!!

Had to get a recall done over as somehow the keys weren't coded right. While it was there, it had to get sunroof drains cleared. He had me in a rental asap. It took a day or two, but it was a lot better. The only negative wasn't even related to Crawford. The rental car company handed me a car with barely any gas in it, mud all over it and a thick crust of mud in it. Crawford apologized for it and has always made things right. He's pretty great

Booked 3 appointments in 3 weeks: one appointment they cancelled my service entirely and the other two times they were unable to do the interior cleaning I had specifically booked for. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of respect they showed me. Will not be going back ever again.

I have been dealing with John for almost 15 years, first at Holland Chevrolet and now Leggat Chevrolet. Sometimes car problems can be a mystery but I can't say that I have ever had any issues that couldnt be corrected. All that is required is time and money. John has the time and I have the money!

I went in to have my tires rotated and mentioned that the air was low on one of my tires. The service advisor that I was booked with wasn't there at the time so Laurie, despite being extremely busy dealt with the service order and had the mechanic inspect my tire. I knew that Laurier was on her way to lunch but she made a point to finish my work order before she left which she could have left it for another service advisor to complete. Unfortunately I needed a new tire, she ordered the tire, my appointment time that I had requested was booked and two days later I was on my way.
