I purchased a used truck from Delawri Chrysler. It is true that nobody deals like Dilawri! I had the pleasure of dealing with Wade and the sales Manager Chris. They were both professional and had a no pressure sales approach. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership (located off hunt club road) again.

I had a great experience at Dilawri. I dealt with Ionut Pascal during the sales process. He gave me the time and space I needed to make a decision and unlike many dealerships, he did not pressure me in any way. He took the time to outline some great options for me and was very knowledgeable in answering all of the questions that I had. I would absolutely recommend Ionut to anyone who is looking to buy!

I'm truck shopping. I had to give all my personal details to Dilawri before they introduced to a salesman, Ionut Pasca. Ionut was personable, honest and down to earth and he showed me a truck that was more than what I was looking for but it seemed like a great deal, and I enjoyed dealing with him, so I arranged to return the next evening for a test drive. Inout was busy when we got there so another salesman asked me for my driver's license as he gave me the truck keys. A different salesman returned with my DL and told me that I also needed to give him my credit card "because if you're in an accident on the test drive, you're going to pay for it!". I was taken aback and told him that I'd never been asked for my credit card before and I wasn't comfortable giving it to him. He then got a sales manager who, much more politely, told me that it was their policy and I had to give my credit card to them in order to have a test drive. I told him that I had just test driven an F150 a couple of days before and the Ford dealer did not ask for my credit card but he reiterated that it was their policy. He did not offer any other alternative so I handed the keys back and left. The salesman called me later to apologize and tell me that his delivery arrived early but I never heard from a manager. I understand the need to protect your assets, but I'm 55 and I had my very excited 11 year old with me but I was made to feel like an untrustworthy teenaged hot rodder who wasn't worth their time to work with to find an alternative solution that would work for both of us. We're very disappointed, but if they won't look after us before the sale, there's little to no chance that they will after.

It was my first time dealing with Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and I only have amazing things to say about the team. I worked with Jeff and Andrew to book an appointment and they answered all the questions I had about the Jeep Wrangler that I was interested in. I highly recommend the Dilawri Chrysler team. If you are shopping around and have questions or if you are ensure between different models, I recommend you reach out to them and they will be more then happy to help you and answer any questions you have. Great customer service and amazing team all around
