I purchased a $50,000 dollar car from there bought a new set of wheels for the car went to put them on and car had no anti theft socket to get one nut on each wheel off...So I figured this would be no big deal that I would contact and they could fix me up with something after all it wasn't an old $5,000 car it is a 50,000 car, anyway I was told the lock didn't come in the car and that previous owner must of still had it so I contacted previous owner and he said it was in car when it was traded in....So I was told by Pothier sorry there was nothing they could do for me...This is absolute bull I paid this much for a car and they won't do anything for me.... I will never buy from there or recommend anyone to buy from there especially over something as simple as a 20 dollar anti theft socket!!

I bought a Ram 1500 Ecodiesel Big Horn back in 2014 and at the time of the sale everything was great. For almost 3 years I loved my truck despite a faulty strut, broken steering wheel heater and a 2 week repair on the DEF under warranty. 9 days shy of the 3 year birthday and 66,000 kms later the EGR Cooler blew and I'm told it's out of warranty and there's a 3 month wait on the part. The repair would be $1500 if they could get a part. A week of phone calls to FCA & Pothiers still hadn't resolved anything... FCA says call Pothiers for a loaner, Pothiers says to call FCA to get help... and somewhere in the mix there's an Oz like character called the District Service Manager who must have lost his phone and surely never read his job description. After 2 weeks of back and forth I decided not to continue paying for a truck that I can't get parts for and I'm trading for a new GMC.

Hi Allan, I am sorry for the trouble you have experienced. Unfortunately as a result of the emissions difficulty with these trucks there is currently a parts restriction on that component. We have looked at every avenue to obtain one but there is no stock of them anywhere. If there is anything else we can do to be of assistance please do not hesitate to contact me- Chad Pothier
