Brett Traill and Dean Blatz just sold me my perfect car with a great deal of kindness and consideration! I would highly recommend SMP and these fellas to all my friends!

This is my go to dealership. I had my first car from here. But this review is not particularly for the car selling part of the dealership but rather the servicing part of the business. So please bear with me. I bought my Chevy Cruze in 2018 from them only. In last five years I had to change / replace my o2 sensor three times, including this year. I asked and verified that these sensors have 3 years warranty. I had it changed in 2020/2021 so last year when again the O2 sensor stopped working they replaced it for free as it came under warranty. Mind it, a three year warranty item already went bad in a year. Anyhow, this year again this happened. The o2 sensor stopped working. Now, what kind of "original parts" are being used here that the sensors can't even stay good for the warranty time! Not sure and am not accusing anyone either. But that creates a doubt. So took my car there and for sure they replaced it and charged me for both labor and parts. Labor is obviously fine. THey r working on my car, fixing it. So, understandably I owe them that. But why would I be charged for the parts? If they replaced it last time with a new one having the same three year warranty, should the part not come free? Am not sure. Am asking! You go to smaller car fixing places, or just oil change or tire repair/ change over and even the smallest ones courteously ask for tea/ coffee/ water and even hot chocolate at this time of the year. But smp! Oh never! You would think that there would be someone asking customers! NOPES. I guess there r new people under training at this point. So I took my car in and waited for 22 min at the front of a line up before someone came to me asked if I was helped! That's something new! Never had to wait this long before. Even when I didn't have an appointment! I am thankful that they have shuttle service which comes handy for us that drop their cars for fixing. But I wish it was a bit more consistent. I had to wait for almost 50 min to get a shuttle. And there were others who had to wait longer. Not because they didn't have any shuttle. But some lady staff decided to be dropped at some hotel(!) While let the paying customers wait for the shuttle. A lot of us have places to go to work! Won't it be nice for the staffs to use their own cars to go to places rather than making the customers who at this point are devoid of their cars, wait!? Just asking! On that note, the best part of this last experience was dealing with the shuttle drivers. Those elderly people are just awesome!

Honestly, I had a very good experience here. I liked Steve who sold me my car and I got a good deal on the car, and I like the car. But, in retrospect there was one issue I had that bothered me and seemed unprofessional. It wasn't until I put a $1000 non-refundable deposit on the vehicle and came to pick it up, that they bothered to mention that there was only one key for the car, then they tried to sell me issuance on key replacement instead of just giving me a spare key. I felt kind of blackmailed into accepting the car with only one key.

You will get spam, consistently, even after repeated telling them to stop contacting, and SMP repeatedly saying you will no longer be contacted

We bought a used car from SMP. Angela Sipko was our sales Rep. She was awesome to deal with. So down to earth and no B.S. Our sale went smooth and fast. The dealership was also very supportive with all the paperwork and getting us on the road in one evening. I would recommend seeing Angela and SMP if you're in need of a good used car.
