Well, since a week i'm dealing with one of your sales consultant - name -PAM. It looked like he is pretty new to sales industry. Today I and my friend had come over to enquire about hyundai elantra le 2018 and discussing about ford focus 2011. He was talking in so inappropriate language. For instant - he used"I DON'T CARE" WHETHER YOU CAN BUY NEW CAR OR USED CAR". The sales consultant are representing the Hyundai brand. Hope so that person would be trained to have some professional language.

Dale was great to deal with. He was able to get me into a brand new Tucson shotgun my price range. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Very pleasant to deal with! This is my second time buying from him and it won't be my last! Thanks dale!
