I sold my used car (2019 CX-3) to them and it was the simplest, quickest, no-nonsense process I could have every expected. Moe was professional and efficient, and made it all happen painlessly, at a fair price. I would highly recommend Moe and Bank Street Mazda!

My experience with Bank Street Dilawri Mazda was great. I felt valued as a customer and had every question and concern addressed. I decided not purchase the vehicle I was looking at since it didn't really make sense for me at the time. Houssein Ayache was extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns, and was very understanding when I decided not to buy the vehicle. I recommend Bank Street Dilawri Mazda to anyone looking for great service and a clean used car.

I am once again editing my review. I had left it at a 2 star review, but recently more things have happened which cause me to edit the review to one star. Upon buying my car, part of the “deal” was 4 winter tires and winter mats to go in my car. Upon getting my summer tires changed this week (at a different location.) I was told that the wheels were not safe to put on my vehicle. Turns out bank street Mazda gave me tires that were unusable. Moreover, the mats that were provided weren’t for my car. They literally gave me 7 mats (when there’s only 4 in my car), all of which were clearly scraps. None of them fit my vehicle correctly. Pathetic. ——————————————————— Unfortunately, I need to edit my review post purchase to a 2 star review. My experience with Eddy as my salesperson was fine. However, up on signing my paperwork I was promised a $300 business credit. It was my understanding that this could be applied to anything I wanted. At the time I felt lucky that I was getting this deal. I was told a week later that I would not be able to apply this $300 business credit to ANYTHING except their warranty packages. The warranty packages are the ONLY thing they apply the credit for. I felt purposefully misled to make a quick sale. The real stress came when I had to meet with the finance manager Sully. I had told Sully I wanted to purchase outright, but he convinced me to finance the vehicle so that we could “play the bank.” He guided me that I could put as much as I want as a down payment, and finance whatever amount I wanted. He told me that he would give me $500 off if I did this. Again, feeling like I got a good deal, I signed the initial paperwork. The following week, when I was picking up the paperwork and vehicle, Sully told me I had to finance the WHOLE purchase price (no down payment allowed at all) and that I could not pay the whole thing off until 6 months has passed. I later found out while reading the contract that the 6 month thing was false. There was nothing in the financing paperwork which says such. I believe the dealership receives some type of bonus if financing terms are held for 6 months, and this is why they tell customers that financing is better, and that they can’t pay it off for 6 months. Moreover, there was a recall on the vehicle which I was promised would be addressed. Upon pickup no one had addressed the recall, and I am still left not knowing what it was after asking multiple times. Lastly, most annoyingly, I was pestered to leave them a 5 star review multiple times. I believe they are getting all clients to leave a 5 star review to hide their actual reputation as a poor dealership to work with. Bank street Mazda is everything someone should be scared of when they approach a dealership. Little explanation of important issues (like recalls or business credits), outright lying about payments (that you need to hold the loan for 6 months, or that the down payment can be changed later) and overall lack of care for their customer (I was never given an apology.) I absolutely do not recommend them.
