I dealt with Dan Sunderland. He told me he was new to the team. But what a pro. Polite and extremely knowledgeable. I even told him I wasent buying till the new year but he still took time to answer all my questions and really help me and my family out. Thanks for the great service. I will def be back. And will for sure tell all my friends to deal with Dan.

My oil change costed me $105.00. I expected it to be around 85 as it is synthetic oil that is used , spent more time on labour to pull out a couple air filters and told me they need to be replaced, that was really not that bad, according to my dad. My vehicle is a 2015, please don’t go searching for problems when I just wanted a quick oil change. I will be getting my oils changed else where from now on.

To whom it may concern, The employee who did the oil change set the oil level too high which lead the car losing power in higher gears, this kind of unprofessional action can be extremely dangerous to customers. In order to solve this problem, I have to go to the dealership again and rent a car. More training is very necessary for the maintain employees in this location. It is the last time I go there, next time I will drive further to another dealership or choose third party service provider.
