Service après-vente zéro, j’ai pris possession du véhicule le 30 juin, la dame me parlait d’assurance et elle m’a dit que j’avais 10jours pour l’enlever avec aucune pénalité et j’appelle on me dit non tu dois appeler pour négocier avec la banque , je leur ai dit que j’ai aucune interaction à faire avec la banque et que c’est à eux de le faire donc j’ai insisté ils m’ont fait venir et signé un nouveau contrat mais jusqu’à présent aucune modification n’a été traitée, j’appelle la banque, ils m’ont dit qu’ils n’ont rien reçu et je rappelle automobile en direct mais personne ne prend mon appel , soit tu tombes sur leur boîte vocale ou on te raccroche. Service à la clientèle zéro. Des qu’on te vend ils te calculent plus.

I was looking for a Mitsubishi Ralliart for months. I had gotten in contact with Kim at AED and she had went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I was looking for. The vehicle had needed some work before the sale and AED spared no expense to make sure the vehicle I wanted was perfect without passing the cost onto me. I have my dream car and Kim made it happen. I would happily purchase any future vehicles through AED. Very professional and down to earth staff.

If I could I would give this company a NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! We went in to look at a car and when we realized the car was not what we where looking for and asked for the deposit of 300$ back they said they would refund it. Over two weeks later I still did not get the refund, when I called them to ask what was going on with the refund they started ignoring my call but when I called from another number within 2 minutes they answered the call! The matter has till not Been resolved. Don’t leave a deposit!
