They are the reason I would not buy A Hyundai again. Faithfully service my car there and followed what was suggested, but due to brake service not being performed or offered, prematurely wore my brakes out. When brought to Glenn's attention, he offered to replace at his expense, which was more than fair. I asked him directly if would be installing Hyundai parts and he said yes. This was not the case and he supplied the cheapest aftermarket rotors and pads. I then encountered noisy break system and warped rotors. Paid for them to be machined which probably cost more than the parts he supplied. I discussed face to face with him and because I did not buy the car from him, oh well. The truth their is was just new Hyundai dealer at the time and I was unaware he was anything other than Volvo, Subaru! This was back in late 2008. The point is his word is not his bond, thus lost me as a customer and anyone else I know.

Very friendly staff. GREAT pricing. Would highly recommend this dealership for all hyundai and pre owned needs. Got an unbelievable deal on a pre owned unit. Would have paid thousands more elsewhere. Go talk to Tim Felsky for exceptional pre owned sales, product knowledge, car locates etc.

This has been an ongoing problem every time I've been trying to speak with the General Sales Manager about as is cars. I'm not sure if it's some discriminatory issue or if he's just that irresponsible and unprofessional about his job. Numerous times I have left messages on the answering service, in person, or spoke with him direct to which he was supposed to call me back, yet I never have my messages returned. Then just recently I spoke with him directly on the phone and he had put me on hold only to forget about me which ended up in me hanging up. And the worst part is I can't speak to anyone else about as is vehicles, it goes directly through him.

Was in Fenwick Subaru at least 3 times asking lots of questions, going through brochures even before I got in the car! This was a big decision for me and even had my spreadsheets going through a check list to help me with what I wanted in my next automobile. Shane was very patient with me and always had a smile through it all. In the end not only did I get what I wanted, but so did Shane and Fenwick Motors....a new "Subie" (Thanks Shane for teaching me the "lingo")

Shane, took care of us via emails/phone calls due to being out of town. Basically purchased the car via email due to our busy schedule. not your stereotypical Car salesman. Stuck to his word on all his offers.
