Been into Wellington Dodge for service several times. Each time they do not greet me with a smile or hello. As a matter of fact I feel intimidated every time I go there. Definitely not 5 star! The guys in the collision department are wonderful though!

Debbie, thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry that you feel that way, it is certainly not our intent. I see you were in for service yesterday with your Ram through the quick lube and the 200 in September 2018 for a oil change as well. You dealt with the same advisor both times. May I suggest next time in working with one of the three.

After months and months of searching and test drives of multiple used vehicles my husband and I finally landed on the decision that buying a truck would be what's best for our family. We found ourselves at Wellington Motors and driving some trucks we had previously viewed online. With the help of Jeff S we narrowed down truck options based on recommendations he made by taking the time to listen to what we are looking for and our "must have" list, Jeff paired us up with a fantastic Ram with the features we wanted in our first ever new vehicle. Jeff made the process easy, had information ready and accessible and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him for another vehicle purchase. Over all, this experience was lovely and a huge thank you to the blonde woman (couldnt catch her name but we chatted lots about a Jalopy) who greeted us upon entry and continously checked in through out the process, she really made us feel welcomed into the dealership.

My experience with the Wellington Chrysler dealership was nothing short of great. I got the truck I've been looking for, and was treated kindly and professionally by the sales reps. I worked with Jeff Shackle and he was great in getting me a great deal and making room for me to return a week later to fix a small scratch. I would definitely recommend Wellington Chrysler to friends and family.
