Super unhappy with customer service at this point. Bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in December, approx 23,000kms. Transmission AND rear diff gone! Was hoping to have the quality of service provided that Pothiers reputation stands for. Thought a trade would be done, but that's not the case. Pothiers states they do not make the vehicles so unfortunately there is nothing they can do! Took 3 visits to figure out the transmission was gone. No buy back, no exchange, no extended warranty. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from a dealership that will not stand behind their vehicles. Again this is a 2015! #boughtmylemonfrompothiers

Would be very leery of this dealership, the use Kijiji and other sources to advertise their vehicles but do not take responsibility for any errors in these ads.

Hi Jasmine, I am sorry you had a negative experience. We did have a glitch in the system that syncs our web listings to Kijiji and some of our prices were not updating properly. It took a few days for the problem to be fixed but everything is now functioning correctly. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
