Fern was excellent. I love my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk! Fern and the rest of the staff at the dealership were all friendly, professional and transparent through the buying process. Before I was able to get to the dealership Fern even went out of his way to show my dad a few vehicles I was looking at. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Riverside Dodge.

I took my Jeep to Riverside because i thought they would know my vehicle and I thought they had exceptional service. My Jeep was there for SIX days after being towed in in -40 weather. They kept saying they were going to look at it but wouldn't, and every single time i called I was told "we will have someone call you back" but never received any calls back. My Jeep was definitely put on the back burner and the customer service wasn't good to top it off. Finally they start my Jeep and I'm told all the things that they wanted to "fix" but I decided I wanted my vehicle to be fixed somewhere I will have actual customer service. I spent near $300 at Riverside and 6 days waiting around for them to do nothing but thaw my Jeep out.. Not impressed the slightest bit. Will not be going back, nor will i recommend them.

I am beyond pleased with the service at Riverside Dodge! They worked with me and helped me get the vehicle of my dreams! Each of the sale persons genuinely care about their customers. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them! First class service at Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep!
