Susan Day thoughtfully suggested a Fit when I was juggling figures in my thinking because of the cost of a Civic. Susan was frank and helpful. She saw to it that you provided me with a car on load for the week-end since delivering of my new Fit was not going to be on Friday after all. She also described the features of the Fit so that, when I drove off the lot, it was no longer a complete stranger to me.

When setting service appointment was told one length of time and approximate price for regular maintenance but when i arrived for service both were double what i was expecting. Also when discussing matter with the service adviser I was dealing with, another service rep felt it necessary to express her un-required comments.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience

I attended the Orangeville Honda in hopes to purchase a car. I was unsure if I wanted to buy used or new and Mat helped me with that decision. He calculated both payment plans for me and assisted me in choosing the more logical decision. I ended up purchasing a new 2014 Honda Civic. Mat was not pushy and he took his time with me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to teach me every single function on the car. He answered any questions I had and ensured my satisfaction. It was apparent that my satisfaction was Mat's priority. I would absolutely recommend Mat to friends and family and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Due to my positive experience, myself and my family will be purchasing all future vehicles from Orangeville Honda.

I had my car serviced at Orangeville Honda. I know Honda can be pricey but the job would hopefully get done right. I drove the car in. It needed a $40 power steering hose. While it was in Honda's care, they managed to blow the rear brakes lines..... yet they still went a head with the power steering job. $480 later. A big issue was that I tried calling them 7 or 8 times on the Saturday. But was told by a service rep. that only one person was in to answer phones. I finally got a hold of them at 2pm. They gave me the bad news about the brake lines. How does a car get driven in with brakes and then while in Honda's care the brake lines get wreaked. I get it, my cars old, its an 03 civic. But how do you trust a place they gives you your car back with more damage then when you drop it off? That is what this is about to me, trust. Now I cant trust them.

Awesome customer service!

We test drove around 10 cars and thought we made up our minds with the Hyundai Accent until we were at one of my soccer games. We were talking about looking for a new car and had no desire for any Honda. Matt over-heard us talking and recommended we test drive a Honda. After this experience it completely changed our view of Honda. The civic has come a long way from the older models and we are pleased with this car. Matt was very patient and didn't rush us with our decision. He also had great customer service and answered all of our many questions. I recommend Orangeville Honda to anyone who wants great customer service and good quality cars.
