Shopped around several dealers for my new truck. I was factory ordering one with the colour and options I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted, was just looking for a dealer who would work with me on the price a bit and earn my business. Several dealers would not budge off the number the computer spit out. Wheaton did. My salesman was Patrick, he kept me informed throughout the process, texted me updates on the status of shipping, etc, which took a while because of Covid. He was also very helpful because he personally owned the same truck I was ordering so was able to give me some advice. I’ve bought many vehicles and I can’t say I’ve had a better salesman/dealer experience. The truck came with a small chip in the paint from shipping. Patrick brought it to my attention, said they would of course take care of it. I might not have noticed it if they didn’t do such a thorough inspection. They booked me in the next week and gave me a loaner to drive. I was a little worried about whether I’d be able to see where it was painted but the work was flawless. Their auto body shop clearly does good work too. Just wanted to give a kudos to Patrick and the team at Wheaton. Was a pleasure buying from you.
